Are Movement Speed Steroids/Buffs Mobility?
Simple as that are Movement Speed enhancements a form of mobility?
Also would love to hear your reasoning for why or why not.

I would say yes. No it isn't dashing or flashes, but if I dash away and you still catch me then what's the difference?
they're soft mobility -- not considered a hard gapcloser like a dash or blink. some champs can actually outrun dashes if they get MS buffs stacked on them but their mobility also gets gimped by slows which are fairly common CC
I agree with how you classify it.
If they are in a champion kit that has other gapclosers i would say they are mobility (heca E, ekko passive, minignar W, Yi R etc). But I wouldn't call Garen (Q) or Olaf (R) or Kennen (E) mobile champions So yeah IDK what to press
Why would you say that? To me it makes less sense to say that champions that already have a better form of mobility also have MS buffs as mobility while it is the opposite who benefit more.

Idk I guess I'm a pussy and I think more about running away, so (to me atleast) it feels way more powerful to have a MS steroid for after repositioning because you already made some room and can more easily avoid posible slows/skillshots than having to do it at a closer proximity to your opponent you also deny any possible rage item procing. Idk maybe just my stupid idea
So what about flash and MS? Wouldn't that do the same thing.

Aye but everyone has flash so it would be flash+dash/whatever+ms
Yeah but your flash maybe up when theirs is not so...
