Evelynn main with a proposal for a tweak that would help her

How about we increase the ratio of her ult by say 1% per 50 ap? I think it would be a great buff for her and I don't think it would make her explode again. While you are at it.. I have a suggestion for a tweak. Reduce the base value of her shield but give it a ratio. That would solve the "tank-eve-super-obnoxious" problem. Eve is an assasin, not a tank. That was Riots intent: nerf the q base damage, buff the ratio. But that isn't enough.

If you would put it all together: MAGIC DAMAGE: 15 / 20 / 25% (+ 1% per 50 AP) of target's current health SLOW: 40 / 60 / 80% Evelynn siphons her victims' pain, shielding herself for up to 6 seconds for every enemy champion hit by Agony's Embrace. SHIELD STRENGTH PER CHAMPION: 100 / 150 / 200 (+ 20% of your ap per champion hit) (maximum shield: 500/750/1000 +100% of your ap)
