To those against Dynamic Queue
Most premades who are on skype just derp around trying to make each other laugh, and very rarely put together elaborate team comps or plans for victory.

I would argue that premades are equal in proportion to the rest of the community - meaning that often you're right. However, that's actually a large part of the problem. The issue with DQ isn't only the chance of being put against a premade as solo players, it's also that often the system does work and a premade is matched against a premade. A premade just shooting the shit that gets matched against a premade taking it seriously ruins the game. DQ is fine, it just doesn't have a place in a game type aimed towards competitive play, especially when historically it's been predominantly solo oriented.
Very true... and by this I mean "are on skype". In other words, most premades are only strong because they are in voice communication - not because of elaborate plans. Solo players are just as strong when they all happen to get on a voice chat even when they aren't premade.
To help everyone understand this better imagine that everyone used voice chat but some of the players using voice chat don't speak full words. In stead, they spell out every word letter by letter. So one player would say, "gank please" two syllables instant communication and another player would say, "gee aa enn kay pee ell ee aa ess ee" ten syllables delayed communication
The players that speak full words have a massive advantage over the players who can't.
The second thing I would point out is to not under-estimate "trying to make each other laugh". That is actually a very real advantage. Players who laugh are more relaxed and can deal with increased levels of stress without losing their cool.
Even if premades don't coordinate (and many do), they have an advantage in ranked because the quality of their teammates is more consistent. This means that they rise faster. They may not have an advantage in any given game, but in a series of games they will win more consistently, which is what really matters.
Even without coordination, premades have an advantage, and when they DO coordinate that advantage becomes massive.
