Just played Leblanc, the only thing I don't like is how in the 1.5 seconds of delayed burst, a 
adc can just instant kill me. Either way they lifesteal back to full during the 1.5s if i tp away. I thought I was supposed to be the one to burst fast and them deal steady damage.
are you talking about your 7/7/3 leblanc where you were 3 levels under their adc ? are you seriously asking why the enemy adc was insta killing you when they're way ahead of you in gold and levels.
Leblanc can easily one shot carries if she's equal or ahead in gold.
why is it when someone loses because they're bad they post on the boards, why can't you guys just get better instead of complaining on the boards ? this happens a lot it's really really sad.
That's a Leblanc based issue.
have no issues bursting an ADC.
They want to work on Leblanc soon If I remember correctly.
As long as she has some way to counterplay said burst she can be pretty healthy.

Lategame she doesn't really have to proc that to oneshot adc's. But I feel ya, really sucks vs ADCs like Twitch who can just blast you through your clone and outburst you anyway.
I loved playing old LB but I do understand why Riot changed her. She's kinda been in the slump for a while now but like Antenora said there are other champs that work really well with killing ADC's.

Learn Le blanc mechanics. Clone allows you to proc the revolver,sheen and lichane TWICE SO THIS ARE YOUR CORES NEVER BUILD FKING GUNBLADE

Why is every fking player who is not satisfied with current le blanc also completly handless on her Lets give riot a second chance to ruin her (This rework didnt ruin her it was 1-2% positive change but I was shaking before I saw the rework )

because you can't go wrong with that survivability. I than go either full dmg or more tanky items depending on the team. If they have a ton of cc, I'm going tankier with some items.
