I am not sure if playing top lane is horrible nowdays or it's just me

The only top laners that can do okay are because of their second teleport and theri kit but let's talk about something else ? how can a who was doing okay in his lane ( going like 2/0 ) do against a fed ennemy adc and mid while having basically shit teamates ? please i m just a noob if i am mistaken correct my noob opinion about how alot of top laners have the least impact on the games right now
