League is to snowbally

I don't want to go back to the meta where everyone just picked wave clear with a janna support and waited for an adc to hit 4 items. but this is stupid.
Banner pushes games way to hard pick a pushing top lane drop banner and go gank bot. Mid lane assassins are only thing worth picking because they all have better wave clear then mages pre 6 and will just run bot or into enemy jungle to fight the under leveled jungle. towers provide laughably little protection with adc's tanking 3 shots at 6 minutes before stepping back and anyone in mid gold knows how to properly juggle agro.
There is no place for true tanks in this meta because bruisers like irelia and jax tank just fine while also doing more damage then any adc at 2-3 items. The biggest mistake you can make in late game is trying to get chip damage in on a tower just dive. I know you wanted faster games but damage is insane in all meta champs for almost every role.
