Some love for weaker champs???

Champ's I think needs a buff: All of these champions either have no particularly unique strengths or other champions do what they do but with better tools and numbers.

I didn't put in any champs Riot says they are reworking. I also left out champs like and because they apparently can't be balanced for pro and solo que even though ryze had like a 30% win rate pro...

Just my personal opinion but a buff for at least a few of these would really help diversity in champ select.

Anyone I missed that you think needs help???
