Why does the boards hate Jayce?

The Q-E combo CDs are ridiculously high and in poke compositions, he doesn't even fit there.

You might as well remove Melee Hammer Form W, since it is completely useless (other than it's mana regen) post 10 minutes.

Don't get me wrong, Jayce can be scary, but only if he is far ahead. You are practically forced to take so you won't be useless later.

It's also funny how he is exaggerated to be "the lanebully" of Top lane when even with a can possibly stomp him.

If he is ganked, there is possibly no way out unless you possibly get a kill off, which in the process you die anyway.

All I hear from others is just "OMG JAYCE DOES DMG, POKE OP" when there are much more better poke champions
