What if we shoehorned Kog'Maw into buying Triforce again?

A lot of people bring up that Kog basically becomes a W turret once he gets enough items. Anyone who knows what I say here will know that I don't object to that per se. Regardless, the old ADC Kog'Maw was a pretty wonky champion, a jack of all trades that slowly turned into the king of all as time went on, which is fun.

The game is in a very different state from what it was when Kog had to build himself up from on-hit items to crit items (well, IE), he now skips the "building himself up" and sometimes even the crit items.

The obvious solution is to give him base stats that synergize with Triforce AND NOTHING ELSE:

Higher base AD and base AD per level, (much) lower AD per level for Sheen.

In order for him to get synergy with Phage, is it best to lower his base MS and HP or to increase it? Any suggestions?

To get better synergy with CDR, lower base damage on QWER and higher CD on an essential spell (so, W). And should his base mana be in- or decreased to provide incentive for him to buy mana? This is starting to become a trend. But since he's an ADC, it's ok to mess with him like this.

I'd've suggested nerfs to some other stats (in other words, his AS) and those might still be necessary to stop him from rushing Wit's End, Runaan's or Rageblade but otherwise, I'm done here.

I became somewhat infamous over in Dominionland for building Bruiser Kog, so I can assure you that focusing Kog on MR shredding and his potent base damage has been a thing for a long, long time. The only way to make Wit's/Rageblade Kog unattractive would be absolutely gut his W base damage. Couldn't really give it potent hybrid scaling damage, either, because then he would just amp it back up again with Rageblade.

Trinity Kog doesn't really work anymore because Trinity has changed. And so has Kog. The old Trinity had a pretty healthy spread of stats and Kog's old Ult hit like a truck regardless of how much health his target had. It was actually a pretty good idea to spam his Ult between basic attacks to ramp up his damage. Now it's a waste of mana unless they're below half HP.

In short: In order to make Trinity Kog a thing, first and foremost, he would need his old Ult back. As in the 200/300/400 damage to champions version without any bonus AD scaling. That would also make AP Kog players pretty happy, and Riot pretty sad, since they hate AP Kog almost as much as they hate fun.
