how to counter the cancer that is electrocute?

elec doesn't care about your defensive items and resistences any combo in league with okay-ish damage will one shot you with little time to react even auto's proc it i insta tilt if all enemy team members run electrocute

some assassins are useless without electrocute and that's fine but people using it almost on every fucking champ didn't see a soraka electrocute yet but i am sure i'll see it one day it's just..just wish there's a way to counter elect abusers or just make it only appealing to assassins and not a fucking fit all insta-win rune

.. unrelated but how do you deal with getting camped ? almost get camped every game and it's annoying as hell especially because my team doesn't react to it at all, i can't play more passive that's not how i roll i want the first blood might as well afk if i am forced to play like a pussy by my tower

why the enemy team always get the nice jungler that will save them from a rocky early game but i always get the junglers who afk farm and have to guarantee i win lane first before they gank me so they dont risk anything?

I can deal with this shit in normals most of the time but not ranked i am new to ranked i don't have enough experience to deal with this shit and it's just unfair that i am laning against two people every game (i dont play bot lane)

Electrocute offers burst. That's what it does. It's adaptive damage, not true damage, so if you itemize against that enemy, your resistances will still count. It has a relatively long cooldown, so it only works for one target. If you're squishy, ensure that there's at least one ally between you and the assassin. Save your CC and defensive cooldowns for stopping their engage and getting out.

The solution to camping IS to play passive. It doesn't matter if that isn't "how you roll", it's the one and only solution. They're camping your lane because you're aggressive and you keep pushing up even though you're at a disadvantage. If you hang back on your side of the map and let the enemy come to you, you have the safety of your tower to fall back to. If the jungler continues to camp, they're losing gold and XP they could be getting elsewhere, so odds are they will leave once you aren't a tasty target. Only push forward when you have a lead and/or you know that the enemy jungler is on the other side of the map.

It's all mind games, unfortunately. A combo + electrocute is a lot of damage, but you have to think why the enemy decided to go all-in in the first place. Maybe they see you are weak, or you don't dodge, or you are too afraid to trade and poke them too. At least, this is my mentality: if I see an enemy that does nothing in the laning phase, doesn't attack me and runs away when I attack him, I know that he'll be too afraid to react if I combo him. It's all about showing the enemies that you are not afraid to trade and you are skilled enough to survive their combo.

You being camped is the same mind game. Junglers gank laners that look weak or that don't use their damaging spells a lot (the 'heck yea that assassin doesn't even auto attack my ally, I'll just go kill him because I'll TAKE NO DAMAGE'). Seriously, camping someone who doesn't answer to your ganks with damage is free pressure. Also, maybe you know this, but don't push, unless you're confident you can survive a gank or kill both enemies (rare case, but there are some pusher champions that can 1vs2 if they are ganked, like Trynda, Irelia, Kata maybe).

And learn your champion's mechanics perfectly. OK, nobody can be perfect, but you get what I mean. Learn your champion's dueling power, escapes, mobility, damage, resistances, and very importantly, crowd control, if they have some form of. This is viable in Bronze/Silver. When you get good with your champions, you can push and trade as much as you want. Example, I was an Anivia main and I could just push, even with no vision, because no matter how hard I was camped, I could just stun one enemy and kill the other one, or use my wall to escape, or my slows, or the enemies would just run away because of my damage.

Stop putting yourself in a position to get burst down. Champions like Talon or Diana rely on you positioning yourself poorly in lane. If you control your wave properly and put some distance between yourself and them, you'll come out on top. Besides that, any resistance against their damage type can ruin their day. Talon's full combo is relatively anemic against item 3157. The damage is cut way down due to the armor and your item active can allow you to sit through his entire combo safe from harm.

Hope that helps!

If you don't want to play a certain way then unfortunately there's no amount of advice that anyone could give you for this game. It's all give and take, push and pull, and if you can't step back when someone's combo is up (excluding certain OP's) then you're gonna die. end of story, really.
