I know Im gonna get hate because circlejerks, but what i loved about its active was that you could prep it before a fight was gonna start, thats what made it good on adcs. NOW you can literally only use it as a assassin that can quickly run into a fight

Honestly... its still overpowered as fuck even with the nerfs it got. 45 second cooldown on that active is waay too short.
