Question for the PBE People: Fid on Scuttle Crab?

This is a gameplay question directed mainly at the PBE players of the community or somebody with knowledge of how the scuttle crab works. How does Fiddlesticks reliably take this creature without help? Can he even, or does it take ages? It seems like Fiddlesticks has an intrinsic disadvantage at taking this particular buff. Is this a problem?

I think I remember reading in one of the red posts that when the scuttle crab is cc'd it takes massively increased damage. So I'm guessing he can fear and drain it no problem.

The crab runs away from champions that come close, often teleporting to the other side of the river unless cced, and he does takes increased damage in case he is cced.
