Riot, what happened to the idea of changing/updating Miss Fortune's E?

A while ago when someone asked about Miss Fortune and a rioter confirmed they were working on her, you guys said that you were thinking on changing her E or making more changes to it.

What ever happened to that? Did you guys decide not to change it for some reasons?
