Remake system is disgusting

Got into game. Game crashed for no reason. Reconnected. Vote to remake. Three people say no because im chatting in game and in lane. Game remakes. I lose 18 lp and get 20 minute low priority queue for 5 games. ?????

I agree. They need to increase the time to 5 minutes or immediately cancel the vote once someone reconnects and is in game.
