Kogmaw and Tribunal

First of all either kogmaw or the items in his build need some fixing because while he may be immobile, give him peel and no other adc can get close to beating him in the late game. Being able to attack 5 times a second while applying effects such as bork, fervor, guinsoos, and runaans is very, very strong and has little to no counterplay. Is he going to be fixed?

Secondly, Tribunal has been "upgrading" for OVER 2 YEARS. WHAT???? Where did it go? Is it still being worked on or abandoned? Anyone have any info on this? I miss it to be honest. It was what prevented myself from being as I was able to see the number of players my cases ended up permanently banning which kinda shocks you from how that can happen.

Any info from anyone about these two topics would be greatly appreciated from players and staff alike.

I miss the Tribunal. It was one of my favorite past times while i waited for queues to pop

Kog is still slightly over-tuned as of his W buff. Not nearly as bad as he was before the base attack speed nerf, though.

Riot is still working on him. Some pretty hefty changes should be coming next patch.
