Xin Zhao's Q

If Xin Zhao attacks something that does not proc his q (doesn't add a stack to his q) it will reduce cooldown of all skills by 1 each auto until his q stops working. High attack speed can cause this to reduce cooldowns by up to 10 seconds per q, and can be refresed by hitting a minion. I found this out after I played my most recent game and used my qw on the nexus (which doesnt work with q) so my q stacks weren't going up, but my cooldowns were going down.
