Next season can we only nerf?

I mean buffs are nice but can we just nerf things next year.

I'm really tired of the extreme amount of damage, mobility, utility that is in the game, and its actually quite an interesting challenge for the balance team if there are 0 actual buffs.

The challenge is how to nerf champions without entirely ruining their play. Remember, you can't just buff them back into viability because 0 buffs. So this makes it interesting that riot explores smaller more stable changes, while still achieving the goal of decreasing damage/utility/cc and whatnot which is what the playerbase wants.

Idk, anyone else have some fun balancing ideas?
