Why does it feel like Lucian has 100% pick rate

It's because of his incredibly smooth power curve and mobile kit. He's kinda like the Thresh of adcs he isn't overpowered but has no real downsides for how much he brings.

At least he doesnt feel like he's giving his team an unfair advantage. Of all ADC that are popular right now, im glad lucian is one of them. He has defined strengths and weaknesses IMO. Probably the most balanced of all ADC because he doesnt bring hard CC or an absurdly strong slow. All he has is his damage.

While it sucks seeing the same champion every game, at least lucian doesnt feel overbearing.

strong early game, hes probably the best ADC you can have in a winning match due to his snowball. he does have a poor lategame so picking tristana or vayne works wonders vs him past 30 minutes. Pretty sad seeing him die in 3 autos after being 11/3 for so long

Because he's just... Overall the most useful ADC. He's a great generalist, his only real weaknesses are "slightly smaller range".

Now lets be real Lucian is fucktard champ who dont even need ANY skill the are no skillshots which are hard to hit his dmg is totaly retardet and his moblity is stupid as fuck there is no sence behind his kit compared to vayne's for example.

He's just incredibly fun to play, he doesn't even have a good win rate or something. The only reason I main him is because I don't get tired of playing him. I mean, fuck corki and stuff, Q -> Auto + ult spamming doesn't do it for me. Or pls don't tell me about Ashe, god that shit is strong, but oh so boring.
