There is no counterplay to a 2k dps tank with 4k hp in shields and more range than you can even gap close. I'm tired of losing to low skill duos abusing this combo. Twitch needs nerfs and a rework. Lulu needs shield ap ratios heavily reduced/removed. Lulu mid with twitch jungle is the main problem.

2K dps tank? I didn’t know Twitch was now considered a tank carry.
4K hp in shields? What mods are you using to get those high shield caps? I can’t even get a 1k shield late-late game with full build and 
Twitch is fine as he is. He has no way to escape after he comes out of stealth until his Q comes back up/he gets a kill. Twitch has and always should be a priority target for your team when deciding kill order.
Lulu nerfing nerfs? If you want to completely remove her usefulness as a support than by all means. She already lost her AP ratios on her Q and W, which were nerfed months after her release. Her E can hardly be called a shield now with a 2.5 second duration, as well as having its AP ratios nerfed several times already. Speaking of Lulu’s AP ratios did you know not a single ability of hers scales higher than 0.5 per AP? Only Sona has worse AP ratios on her abilities than Lulu does. Lulu mid? That’s a niche pick that doesn’t work nearly as often as it used to due to the heavy nerfs to Lulus’s offensive capabilities.
You remind me of people claiming to be “Lux mains” that supposedly couldn’t burst through Lulu’s shield back when Ardent Censer was legitimately a problem. If you are having issues bursting through Lulu’s shield in 9.9 than you are either building completely wrong or are so underleveled it isn’t even funny.
