Either remove the slow from Kalista's Rend
Or have slows affect her passive.
More Mobility = Less Utility

Let's face it
They're going to let Kalista rampage for 6 months, gut her then change adc itemization to even make her even less favorable and then another 6 months later, everyone will be saying they miss Kalista when Ezreal or some other retardedly safe ADC takes her place.
