Kassadin used to be gated by his poor early levels (lel, single-target silence isn't stopping anyone), but with this 13 pot start, he can lane too safely.

I'm sure it must be frustrating to see that your main Mord may get nerfed, but it's more frustrating for the enemy team when unkillable 13 pot Mord shows up in lane.

umm you can only hold 5 hp pots at a time O.o 3 flask charges + 4 pots would be the most anyone is walking into lane with and that still isn't close to 13 hp pots lol

It's a joke. There didn't used to be a cap on hp pots. the 5 pots thing is a recent(last year - 18 months) change.

Whenever my lane opponent starts with a surplus of health potions, I forget about poking/engages and just try and farm as defensively as I can.

Still an annoying thing to lane against though.

13 pot start isn't near as bad as Elixir of Fortitude start on Riven. That shit is annoying as fuck.
