The Vayne "nerf" is honestly more of a buff

I mean she already has one of best attack speed growths in the game. Lowering her AD by 3 and then increasing her lategame power even more, which is just a bad idea by itself already imo.

~~ I'm pretty sure she will have the best attack speed growth in the game after these buffs.~~

Base attack damage lowered to 50.46 from 53.46 Attack damage growth increased to 3.5 from 3.25
