Old fiora was disgustingly broken champ , you can at some points just 1 vs 5 "easily" and with just one item , she was the true definition of a really unhealthy champ and not fun to play against.

She wasn't broken lol. She was reworked because she was super feast or famine. She either got ahead and carried or fell behind and became the most dogshit champion in the game.
Old Fiora was basically "if you get ahead you cannot be stopped, if you get behind you can do absolutely nothing" if I recall. That's why they reworked her. Now putting her behind barely affects her and putting her ahead makes her really hard to deal with.

It was her ultimate that made her a problem.
The new Fiora blows even more when you put her behind tbh. Its pretty damn impossble to proc your ult on anyone against a more fed enemy team when they just kill your squishy asss. So she has to afk splitpush and try to farm her way back into the game if she is behind.
Old Fiora was a very snowbally champion, much like she is now. However, now she does true damage and if she gets ahead she pretty much kills everything. You could counter old Fiora with Thornmail, but it's only a small tap on the back for Fiora now since Titanic exists.
