Riot, why did you change where the status icons are?
I drink a potion. Any indication icon that I did so is shoved off to the far side of the screen.
I have an active item, say
. Someone realized "hey, people notice what's in the middle of their screen more than what's on the edges, so let's show the active item in the center of the screen". Great. Except for the icon to tell if it's on or not is over at the edge of my screen again.
It just seems so contradictory. Why move indicators for things like passives, consumables, buffs from allies, toggle items, etc. away from where players want to look for them? Why move active items to the center, when the key someone has it on isn't likely to change?
I realized a while ago I never looked at the bottom right corner of my screen, so I moved my mini map to the bottom left. Now I'm faced with the same problem, but for different need-to-know information. At the very least can we get some options for moving the status icons?
