You're gonna be bad no matter what adc you pick.
This is pretty much the best way to start nerfing her if you ask me.
Her E is getting maxed first and when combined with Thunderlord's is makes for an absurd source of damage whilst laning.
If you only put one point in E until end game instead of cheesing people, this is hardly a nerf at all.
what do you mean she isn't op. shes a lane bully that scales almost as well as vayne into late game because of her ult.
She's already balanced imo, but a slight nerf to the damage on her E shouldn't make a huge difference overall. It's already too high of mana to spam and it's never really been used for it's damage anyway.

but on a serious note, rito please calm the fuck down with all these "reworks" and "buffs" such a downgrade sometimes.
it seems with every patch there's a champion that dies.
Since when every teamfight relies only on MF's E to do damage?
