The game isn't what it used to be.

Hi guys, so this'll be a long post, so please, sit tight and eat some popcorn. Thank you, and read on if you want to.

Like the video had once said, "I love League of Legends but hate playing it.", this statement strikes true in almost every possible way for me. Past seasons were nostalgic, and seemed to be better than now. But I am tired of League, it isn't what it used to be, the game I used to love, and play.

Game Balance feels to be a disaster, Tank Assassins exist, "Juggernauts" exist, and champions that used to be purely tanky, are now doing more damage then actual fighters. The "Assassin Era" that used to exist was a lot more enjoyable then just tanks being invincible killing your ADC easily and being able to tank the entire teamfight. I'd rather get deleted then face that. But Riot is rewarding the Juggernaut playstyle, **the new Rift Herald favors tanks. ** It increases their damage, and increases their defense slightly, and it doesn't scale with damage, it scales with purely level.

Tanks are meant to be, well "tanky", not deal damage. So why is it, you add features into the game that favors tanks and let them deal more damage? But, I would like to input a few things here, **I am not saying juggernauts like Nasus are unfair to play against. There is a CORE weakness in his kit, that makes him fair to play against, and although it may not feel fair late game, it is fair early. ** Champions like Malphite that are meant to be a tank, dealing damage that may not be as much as a tank, but still a lot, seems to be unfair.

-insert canned transition- Secondly, Dynamic Queue. The community has been asking for it for a while, and has been spamming the forums. But wait,! Riot, doesn't listen, and doesn't do what the ocmmunity wants - Solo queue. Instead of serving the game to hardcore players, it's true fanbase, it servers the casual players. To give you an idea of what that means, pretend you're a hardcore of let's say, Olive Garden, a italian restaurant. You are at the table, and the owners recognize you, and greet you happily.

You ask the owner to change something about the restaurant to improve it in your eyes, and the owner says, "Okay, we will take that into consideration.", but never changes it. Later on, you ask AGAIN, and the owner does the same. Later on, when you come to the restaurant again, you see that they have never changed it at all, and instead changed to the OPPOSITE of what you wanted.

You ask the owner, "Who asked for this!?", and the owner responds, "Nobody, we thought it would help our restaurant more." This is exactly what Riot is doing, nobody asked for it, nobody wanted it, and nobody likes it. Riot used to be a community oriented company, but now it seems they don't want to listen anymore to the community about Solo Queue.

As a very long time player of League all I can say is don't get attached to anything in particular. League has always been a constantly changing game, and the moment you get attached to a particular meta or a particular season you will be left behind.

League is a game of constant improvement and adaptation. If you expect it to stay still for you it will slowly move away from what you enjoy, and once it goes far enough you won't feel the need to chase after it anymore.

To put it simply if you expect something other than what Riot has always given us you're going to have a bad time. If you're willing to adapt to the new and let go of the old, however, you'll be just fine.

Yesterday, I was killed by a full-tank Zac using only one combo as Leblanc (I had about nearly 2000 hp). How should I play this game? So the balance of a champion means 50% win rate and not about how it acts in the game, rito?
