Please revert Poppy's nerfs

She's been sitting at 47% winrate now for a week or so. Her W nerf was so unnecessary. She was never overpowered. She wasn't pick or ban and I understand that her pickrate would go up when you changed her R to work better in teamfights but now that the initial hype is done, please revert the W change. She just feels awful to play because you go into a fight and just get smashed because her W resistances are so low.
