I'm not seeing the difference besides a slight color change, but that could be because of lighting.

To be honest, none of them looks like Zoe. Her previous splashes are so high quality that it is impossible to compare them. Yes i Like the colors and playfulness but her face is messed up in both of them. In the splash she looks like and alien (probably cause the eyes are miles away from each other) , while in the icon she looks mad at life :)))
