Ad got buffed mate Phreak already did the whole "gold effiency" and only one AD item really lost damage or gold effiency. It is BOTRK. IF, BG, GB..etc all got buffed. Penetraiton got nerfed but the passive for items have increased. It pays for itself.
Not to mention, tanks lost more ability to fight or duel.
