if you were on a winning streak before, you get put with people worse than you afterwards for some reason, and vice versa

a few days ago i was sitting at a 20% winrate, now I'm at 65%

Yes i have thought that but even when i do amazing and help everyone get fed and push objectives they still seem to suck more than the enemy teams.

Its like if i dont completely 1 v 5 solo carry then i lose to a stomp every time

I see that you played a Riven match, Some tips to consider while playing her are, always take ignite you will only need tp if you are against a champion that can beat you very easy. Go for some cdr, Take the 45% mastery and try to build some cdr early. Cdr can help you get to lane faster and can give you an advantage in lane. Against a tanky champ take item 3071 and against a squishy champ go item 3142 .

I would learn the fast combo and e hydra w combo too if you don't.

I understand what you're saying and I have been in this position where I am doing extremely well in the laning phase, I roam to help my other lanes, but somehow the monkeys on my team can still feed their ass off and throw the game. It's part of the community and not everyone can be good at the good. There is also nothing Riot can do about this because it would be a little unfair to put all the players with good stats on one team and all the players with bad stats on the other. It's also not Riot intentionally putting one player with all the feeders.
