Zed's Shadow Shuriken should not count seperately from his Shuriken for procing Electrocute

That he can do this is what makes his already extremely strong WEQ poke bonkers. His Q is one damage ability and should be counted as two.

This logic is so bad, If zed gets this applied on, So should every champion in the game.
Becausw shadow Q is W skill, and WEQ uses 3 skills
As much as I hate Zeds design - I don't hink that would be a good idea. Shadow Q is definitely another instance of DMG and would be quite inconsistent not treating it as one.
