Can Ashe get a frost effect on her ultimate?
Like Sejuani or Braum's passive have, not just the arrow exploding but the enemy champion is covered in ice?

While it would be great thematically, since Lissandra's and Sejuani's ultimates both have that ice covered visual effect now, I think it is low priority and it won't happen probably.
Still upvoting and hoping for that small visual touch. ^^

I think it'd be cool if the frost effect looked like this: http://imgur.com/QKTBuGP kind of like the arrow transfered all of it's magic forward all at once into the target.

What would we do for her other skins? Would seem odd to give something like Heartseeker a pink icicle or something imho so idk. Most of her other skins already feel weird shooting frost arrows (her more jungle-y skins of sherwood forest and woad especially).

It would make it a lot easier to see which one got stunned and who got slowed when it hits a group of champions.
This would be amazing. It would be a perfect thematic fit with the ability and would be a really nice look.
They should make it so that the farther it travels the longer the stun lasts or the more damage it does, or she can reactivate it mid air to stun people like a anivia Q
