When would Taric be viable again?

after his rework in a few months him and poppy are next in line after mordekaiser (again) in 5.22

He never stopped.

I like him in Twisted Treeline. Never had much luck on the Rift though.

point and click stun is pretty useful

he is a better solo laner then a supp. reasons he is plagued by penalties on all his moves his q allies get liek no heal its better once you get spirit visage but thats no saying much his e damage i slowered by distance and lastly his ult even at max allies get a whopping 30 ad and ap ...... like really come on i mean by himself you can delete most champs with out thinking
