Gold Funneling need a change

I actually hate the new change to gold funneling because now i have to sell my jungle item after my first back because i don't want to lose that kind of gold when i take minion but i also lose xp on camps, overall its a lose-lose scenario. As shaco maxing the jungle item is such a royal waste of time i see no point in doing it because it has no passive i can abuse. I need a change this is becoming too annoying.
