This might stop people from waiting all the way through champ select to decide they cant play, or deciding that they don't like the team.
Leaving at the start is one thing, leaving after the match is counting down to start, thats another thing.

Scruberz1 votesI mean if I'm autofilled why would I leave right away? There is a chance someone else will leave so that I don't have to eat the penalty. I am going to wait until there is 1 second left before the game starts before leaving. That is just obvious.

You cant tell what the match make up is until the end of champ select.
Everything could be good and then last pick picks

Or maybe Im hoping someone on the other team will dodge first so I can move on to the next game without getting penalized because my team was stupid.
