@Riot regarding AD Fizz

So as many have noticed, AD Fizz started becoming more popular than AP Fizz since the Fizz changes last patch. As I'm sure this was not intended by Riot, what is Riot's point of view on AD Fizz? Is he going to be permitted in this way, or will he be nerfed to push people to AP Fizz the same way they did with Nidalee?

man why the fk can't we just play champs the way we want instead of having it be enforced to be only one way? Why can't we have flexible AD/AP picks?

You can, but AD Fizz is so strong, that if it isn't nerfed it will be like the old AP Fizz. So I'm sure Riot would allow AD Fizz to stay, his W just needs nerfs so it doesn't synergize as well with AD and AS.

Because some champions are balanced based on their role. Once you start changing that role from AP assassin to AD bruiser, they have to balance that too. Currently, he's ridiculously strong as a tanky AD dps. If Riot were to allow him to remain in that role, he would have to be nerfed. It is the same reason Ashe doesn't have a minor AP scaling on her Q, because if she did AP Ashe would be viable, and Riot doesn't want that. It makes it harder to balance out the game.

this is the reason why there's padding on everything now and no champs are allowed to be strong other than Lee Sin and ADCs.

Why the hell would you force Fizz players to stick with an ineffective build?

Oh wait right, because no one likes Fizz...carry on. It's not like balance needs to be preserved or anything.

Edit: In all honesty, Riot first nerfed AP Fizz hard then made an mistake with Seastone Trident's active being way too good with only its base numbers. AP Fizz isn't worth playing at the moment and AD Fizz is only viable because Riot messed up. Once you fix Seastone Trident, Fizz will have no viable builds.
