Let me place down muh obvious barrels and never get any damage with them cause enemy team kills them in one shot. If you MUST keep him in this trash manner, at least put the barrels at 2hp and allow parley to destroy them with whatever amount of health it has. Would make sense.

Nobody is good with a shit champion. Woop dee doo, he can win early game then sucks from 20 minutes on. Woop dee doo. Let me play GP in bronze so I can set up barrels all around everyone in team fights while they ignore them and get wrecked. Anyone with a brain probably from Silver and up it's just not gonna happen. No one is going to carry themselves to Diamond + with Gangplank. It's just not gonna happen. Try to justify lame ass barrels if you want but hes garbage.

Late game, well placed barrels do 1200 damage, so it's probably safe to say that youre not good with the character.

His barrels aren't difficult to use, you're just bad with GP. You can chain them to cover more distance, how are they going to destroy a full HP barrel? You don't even need to fight anyways, you kill waves with 1 barrel and get to use them to take towers faster with Trinity, along with using them to get away, and with some cdr they are always up.

if you learn how to actually play him instead of being bronze 5 levels of bad then you will realize that he is more likely to get a nerf than a buff. he can 1 shot entire creep waves with 1 barrel crit and chunk the hell out of champs. i chunked a nid for 90% of her HP 1 barrel crit and finished her off a over kill shot of the true damage from my ult.
TL;DR, learn how to barrel.
