Where is LiveYiOrDieHard when you need him?

There are exceptions to that rule op. They are very strange indeed, basically you had to have intentionally trolled yourself last season and dodged ever promo series to cancel it to artificially keep a low rank while your MMR climbed. If you do it right like LiveYiOrDieHard you can have plat 3ish MMR and be ranked in bronze 2. Come placements for this season even going 0-10 he placed silver 4. Crazy exception, but the rule can be broken.

Sorry, but it's still a bunch of crap. It's much easier to drop ranks than gain them. So Riot should place you higher rather than lower.
