Akali Nerfs Hit Too Hard

Yeah the recent Akali nerfs impacted her gameplay way more than intended maybe. The lower distance dash actually makes a huge difference but the bigger problem is the E not being able to proc her Q anymore. Now she has to use her shroud to slow the enemy and catch up to them to proc the Q with a basic attack. This sucks cause lots of champs can escape easily before she has a chance to activate her Q and others can simply CC her and prevent her from being able to catch up to them to proc it. I've played a few games with her lately (she used to be my main) and she has an 'okay' laning phase and can get fed still, but late game she's basically trash and useless atm. Rito pls
