Freaking Nerf Riven.

Instead of ruining the AP mids and such, why not focus on real problems like Riven? She literally just Q's in, lands all 3 hits with ease then stuns and ults to kill you if you're not already dead. If you don't die and you decide to fight back, she just E's (shield-dash) away and can escape and repeat her entire combo within a few seconds. Even at level 1, her Q is enough to take half your health. Once she gets a single kill off you, she becomes untouchable for the rest of the game. Ask your jungler for help? The moment she sees him in/approaching your lane she just has to dash away with her insane mobility.

She has low cooldowns, no costs, insane mobility and incredible damage so why not attempt to fix this instead? This also goes for Lee Sin but he's not as big of a problem as her. Forget her current win rate, her kit is cancer and needs to be dealt with.
