Riot Banned Me for 3rd Party programs but I NEVER Used?

I play on a mac with OsX and it's impossible to even run scripts and modifications with osx. They won't even hear me out and closed my case just like that.

I swear on my life that I never downloaded any third party. Is it possible that I had malware or something that the system detected? Two years of my life and countless money down the drain and the worst part is I'm completely innocent of the accused offense.

Someone please help me. Their system is wrong here and I'm legitimately crying because of all the time and work I spent on the game. Could you guys please upvote or something so a Riot representative can see and help me out?

I don't know if it has anything to do with this, but your Ranked Draft game on 06/07/16 is weird as fuck. You ended the game with item 3070 item 3114 and a KDA of 2/21/5. Maybe you were just hardcore trolling, or just threw that game because something wasn't going your way. All of your deaths were mid lane except for 1, which looks like an early game invade by bot side red, where you died. Maybe that is what tilted you. Seeing this would make me think you were using a bot program and yeah, I would report you for using a third party program too. This along with the fact that there is was a 0/25/1 Riven who seems to have died in 3 very specific locations. ... seems awful suspicious.

Fine. I just looked at the history and didn't look at the details. But someone at Riot could have seen it the same way I did. It definitely looks like you're trolling so you probably shouldn't do that. I will give you an upvote to help get you some more attention then, but you still really need to keep your account secure. That ultimately IS enough to restrict your account.

submit another ticket on the support site. They've closed my case before without help and I just submitted another one and they apologized and helped me. Though it wasn't for player behavior. ;-)

oh really? because I run LEGITIMATE scripts all the time from my mac. I also, run several vm's of windows in order to interface with my company's corporate network.

so....like...none of that is true.
