A Few Thoughts.
So my thoughts on the problem with resistance and penetration...what if we let tank items have set effects like items in RPGs, like having warmog+randuins+sunfire in your inventory simultaneously gives bonus tanky stats. Wouldn't that make tanks more powerful, while keeping champions who build 1-2 tank items and go full dmg from there dominate the game? This will add more diversity, and won't have all ranged squishies suddenly out of control because nobody can oneshot them anymore(if we made LW useless against squishies, things will get REAL ugly for assassins). Instead of the nerf hammer, maybe we can resort to buffs to solve a major problem. Would also be cool to see items that are no longer viable suddenly back into the game because of the set effects being so cost efficient, right?
