A simple way to get rid of the 99lp problem

Make the lp carry over so that way say you win and get 20 lp putting you at 119, you then lose your promos now if you lose two in a row and say you lose twenty lp per loss instead of being at sixty like normal you would now be at 79 making it so it is easier to get into your next series
