Malzahar pbe changes

As a jungle malzahar player I feel like the nerfs are in the wrong direction I agree with the cd change but the spawn change would destroy king or ad malz I think they need to add the cool down and nerf his passive and maybe the damage on his w but don't Change the way it spawns
