Erockandroll1 votesI don't think Masteries and runes in the current system affected the 80% CDR. So I doubt that they will have such effect in Urf.
Though I am fascinated to see how these runes will affect the different game modes.
La Bello1 votesI think the Bloodlust Rune will definately be pretty broken. 60% AS gets multiplied to 120% on some champs AND you get to break the AS limit. so basically Jinx will get that 5.0 AS with her Pow-Pow and two Zeal items + berserks.
