in my opinion mejais needs a buff when it got reworked the got rid of the cd and 15 ap you could get and you no longer start with stacks. They should update it in the immobile mage reworks since it gives movements speed but there is no reason to get it when ludens echo is essentialy the same item with a lot less risk. With just a little less ap. They should either give some of its olds stacks back or give it something uniques beside more percent movement speed
