Then why is his difficulty level low? 
disregardable2 votesThe difficulty bar is for new players. All you have to do is stand around and you'll do damage automatically- his skills are all simple to understand and pull off.
Igotlazy1 votesYou may be standing around but if you're just slightly in the wrong place, things can go sour real quick. His kit is easy to understand, but to play effectively the champ takes quite a decent amount of skill.
disregardable1 votesYou're assuming they're focusing you. Why would they be? You're not the ADC, you're not the tank in the front, you probably even bought Rod- you're in the middle. You're mostly able to do your job without putting yourself at a lot of risk to mess up.

Çhåryzård1 votesThe only thing i find difficult about him is hitting your stars. Sometimes it's hard for me to judge exactly if they are in line of my star or just far enough into the edge of my ring that they LOOK like they'll get hit, but it doesn't hit
He is also easy to counter...he can't Q immediately after using it so if you are right in his face he has to try and run, ult, or flash. Champs like fizz and diana work good against him
