Will it also have a 80% cdr? Mirror image never had this and it was kinda disappointing because it still had to wait the 60 seconds. If it will be on 80% dcr that would allow lb to use some crazy deceptive tools.

Definitely for sure, i'm sure some people were having troll fests when Karthus was allowed back into URF again and had hilarious ideas for Sona exploiting before URF came after her R's passive changed from enhancing the QWE's to giving her a bonus CD on her abilities that stacked with regular CD.
