to be fair, we asked for a zoe nerf and we got one, but i mean rito really, nerfing her w was the best you could do? no damage limit on q or decreasing added e dmg? instead just, "hey this utility spell that everyone forgot did damage needs a nerf guys!"

im starting to wonder if there are two different companies, one makes the game and sends a fake version to the other, and the one with the fake game controls the buffs and nerfs
