to be fair, we asked for a zoe nerf and we got one, but i mean rito really, nerfing her w was the best you could do? no damage limit on q or decreasing added e dmg? instead just, "hey this utility spell that everyone forgot did damage needs a nerf guys!"
im starting to wonder if there are two different companies, one makes the game and sends a fake version to the other, and the one with the fake game controls the buffs and nerfs

The Only reason W is a Problem is because the Cooldown is based off of how many spells you can grab off the floor. Instead of an actual cooldown like all normal spells have. And since everyone and their fucking chimp of an Uncle runs Flash/Ignite or Flash/Random summoner, Her W is a flash constantly in fights. Where she can W around everyone doing stupid amounts of dmg.
But just a nerf to W is not enough considering she can still 100-0 people level 2 without W.

No she can't at least i never saw any zoe doing that at lvl 2 in pro all i saw was them using the retarded passive to deal an absurd amount of undodgeable damage and running too fast to let enemies do anything to her

Stop referring to Pro play first off. the Majority of players are NOT pro players. Not even close to it. So basing nerfs/Buffs solely off Pro play would make the game an even larger shit show then it already is. The reason you don't see EQ combo's killing level 2 in pro play tho, is because unlike the masses, THEY CAN DODGE SKILLSHOTS! That's why you never see it. Land a E hit a Q. that's min 50% hp. E Q is back up in 2 seconds anyway, E land Q again, Dead. The amount of time it takes for E to activate (with Slow) Gives Zoe way to much time to max range her Q and hit for max dmg. W is the Only spell that in all reality was fine dmg wise, but busted because it had no Cooldown outside of waiting for something on the ground.
The W nerf was not enough to make her "Balanced" since W was and will never be the Huge dmg burst you seem to think it is. People never had an issue (at least those I talked to and play with) W's Dmg, more so the amount of times she can use it in quick succession.
