Honor System... is it Me or Does it Not Work

So... ever since the honor system change I've never gotten honor level 1. I went from honor 5 to nothing because I dodged right before the update. I looked at it and it seemed like it was going to be easy to get honor and huge rewards... but nope. I have gone weeks and weeks of games where I have been honored and not reported, nor have I reported unless necessary. I have seen about 5 players with a level 2 and they said they had a high honor before and that is the only reason. Explain to me how the fuck you are supposed to get those rewards because I'm tired of trying for weeks and getting nothing at all with a system that prided itself on more rewards.

Your post is a little confusing, and I hope you can clarify what you're talking about;

Honor 0 is the lowest and 5 the highest, idk why you'd be looking to get Honor 1. You default to level 2 each season and only drop if punished with a chat restriction or ban.

What do you mean you "went from Honor 5 to nothing because I dodged"? They did reset last season's Honor to the default level 2 (+1 checkpoint per level you had), but this season it's harder to get because it's tuned for the entire season (it was introduced with like 1/4th of the season left so was easier to climb then).

You mention you've "seen about 5 players with level 2". Maybe you're only looking at players who were punished or just don't play the game much; anyone that plays regularly is probably around level 4.

The rewards aren't that great really, but it's something. The flair is pretty neat, you get a Ward skin at the end of the season, you get key fragments and a little BE each checkpoint, and you can earn the old RAF rewards Medieval Twitch and Grey Warwick. You don't really have to be a beacon of positivity and a hard carry to climb, you just have to play the game and be sportsmanlike.

play yi, Trynd, any of the other broken champs that can get pentakills through either aa's or 1 ability, carry your team, generally get 3-4 honors this way. foolproof plan. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
